Job Summary:
The work you will do in BTS will be often in the field of leadership, capability and organisational change. You’ll take a deep interest in the human side of business, with a growth mindset, and be passionate about helping leaders transform their organisations in ways that are strategic, effective and human.
You will be responsible for identifying new prospects, converting them into clients, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop solutions and deliver our experiences and programmes. You will accomplish this through the ability to sell the full scope of the company’s solutions in a consultative manner, negotiate an effective contract, and tailor solutions that address client needs.
Variety is key in all our roles. You’ll work on multiple projects at one time, across different industries, and with different internal teams. Some of these projects you may be leading. To be successful you must have a drive for business development and achieving client and commercial outcomes. You will love working in teams and care deeply about your colleague’s success.
