What we're looking for

We are currently seeking interns to support our growing business at our office in Seoul.

Qualifications:

• Candidates are expected to commit to a 6-month period starting in January 2026
• A degree in Business Administration or Management is preferred but not mandatory
• Preference will be given to candidates currently in their final year of university
• Fluency in Korean and English is required.

Ideal Candidates will have:

• Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning skills
• Good listening and communication skills
• Focus on solving problems and achieving results
• Curiosity and interest in diverse business areas
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to work well with others
• Proficiency in MS Office and productivity tools
• Interest or experience in AI tools or data analysis (preferred)

What you’ll do at BTS

Responsibilities include:

• Support multiple client projects across various industries(e.g., Samsung Electronics, LG, SK, Hyundai Motors, HD Hyundai etc)
• Help design and prepare business simulations and discovery-based learning solutions
